That’s right. Our blog post today is dedicated to the International Window Cleaning Association’s Convention & Trade Show. We are halfway between New Orleans and St. Pete’s this week and we’d like to take this opportunity to tell everyone how great it would be to see you at the IWCA Convention February 13-16. If you have attended an event, like the annual convention, the picnic or a smaller training event, you know how important it is to interact with other window cleaners, to be with people who “get” you. If you haven’t had an experience like that yet, well, you are missing out.
Now is the time to set money aside and to start planning. Sure, you may be busy and not have a spare moment to sit down and plan for something like this, but, come January, you may not have the funds. This industry can be feast or famine for many small business owners and advance planning is crucial.Heck, if you plan it right, you could head over to Orlando with the wife and kids afterwards and score some bonus points with the family.
What is there to see and do at the convention? How will it benefit you? Really, the best answer is anything and everything. Whether you are a newbie or an old pro, a guy or a gal, a residential expert or part of a hi rise team, skilled or in need of training – you will find what you are looking for. From hands on safety training, meet and greet sessions, product demos and the ever-popular window cleaning contest, you will not be disappointed.
Go. Plan. Order tickets. It’ll be some of the best money you’ve ever spent! Plus, we’d love to see you there!
